11 Mar 08 - Anaconda to the rescue - I've got a new bike!
Talk about customer service. The Manager of Anaconda Springwood, (Andy) rang and we had a long chat about the problem. He basically said, "we will fix this". He asked me to come into the store with the bike and spend some time with the Manager of the Bike Section. I went over and spent what was about 1 1/2 hours with Karl who couldn't have been a better bloke. I won't bore you with the details but suffice to say I was propely measured and fitted with a new, Fluid Renegade. It's a bit higher up in the range so I had so shell out a few $$ (not too many, trust me) but I'm now on a $900 bike instead of a $500.
